Banana is an ideal snack that contains many elements valuable for the body. First of all, it is a source of potassium, which makes the problem of muscle cramps disappear forever. Thanks to potassium, water does not remain in the body, which will also have a good effect on the appearance and well-being. Many people give up bananas because they consider them a source of sugar. Yes, they have a lot of sugar, but only if they are very ripe and their skin is black. Edamame beans are also popular for recharging the battery and satisfying fleeting hunger. Beans are rich in many valuable vitamins and minerals.

There is probably no person who does not like popcorn, and that’s good, because it is healthy and you do not need to exclude it from your diet. It is low in calories and therefore is an excellent alternative to salty sticks or chips, which not only make you gain weight, but above all are simply unhealthy.

Instant oatmeal is a valuable source of fiber and protein. If you don’t eat them for breakfast, they are a perfect alternative to afternoon tea. You do not need to cook them, because they are also perfect in the cold version (just soak them in natural yoghurt all night and enjoy their taste the next day). When you add fresh fruit and a few nuts to it, you have the perfect snack. It is very good when food eaten as a snack contains a lot of fiber, as it is responsible for the feeling of satiety for a long time.
